With the ever-increasing pollution, study pressure, access to gadgets, poor diet, and limited exposure to nature, remarkably large numbers of children of all ages are becoming vulnerable to serious health conditions. Never miss vaccination

Getting your kid the recommended vaccines at the scheduled times can prevent them from infection and other risks at that particular age.

Encourage physical activities

Exercise helps to develop muscle strength, improve cardiovascular capacity, enhance immunity, and offer other health benefits.

Ensure enough good sleep

For an immunity boost, kids must sleep for at least 10-14 hours a day as per their age group. A quality sleeps ensure improved attention, behavior, learning, memory, and overall mental and physical health.
