Seafood and fish

Omega-3 fatty acid is available in enough quantity in the seafood especially in fatty fish like mackerel, albacore tuna, salmon, and sardines. It is the main source of healthy heart diet. Fish oils help to boost immune system and reduce inflammation, mostly psoriasis patients suffer from these problems. People who have psoriasis problem, there is a high risk of heart stroke and attack. So, these patients should eat fish minimum twice in a week. 

Grains

Grains including cereal, pasta, brown rice, whole grain bread, and oatmeal are a source of healthy diet. Grains, vegetables, and fruits contain fiber in high amount, and a variety of anti-inflammation antioxidants, which helps to improve the regulation of blood sugar and reduces inflammation levels. Legumes like lentils and beans also have fiber and antioxidants, so psoriasis patients must include them in their diet. 

Avocados and Nuts

Fats are divided into two types; bad fats, and good fats. Good fats are great for your body. Vegetable oils, avocados, and nuts have the polyunsaturated fats. Foods you should not eat if you have Psoriasis

Tomatoes

Tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, and potatoes are nightshade vegetable. Normally, they contain solanine, which can affect the digestion or can lead to inflammation in humans. So, if you have psoriasis problem, cut them from your diet. 

Alcohol

Alcohol increases the psoriasis problems because it increases inflammation. It also reduces the effect of the medications; even it can be dangerous if you mix it with methotrexate as a psoriasis treatment. You should cut it from your daily routine in case of uncontrolled psoriasis. 

Refined sugar

Fried Foods

Pagano diet

Pagano diet plan includes high amount of vegetables and fruits and you can take meat, eggs, seafood, grains, and dairy products but in minimum amount. Vegan
